PLACING AN ORDER
(3 Questions)
1.
How do I place an order with ESU 6 Production/Graphics?
- Send an email to production@esu6.org with all project requests, bids, or inquiries.
- Order online -- visit this page to browse and fill out project order forms. These order forms will be sent to our production@esu6.org email.
- Or if you choose, you can download our order forms as PDFs from this page. From there, you can type in your responses directly into the PDF or you can print it out and scan it as an attachment in an email to production@esu6.org.
- You may call our Production Center or visit our office to discuss a potential project, but you are still required to submit a request to our production@esu6.org email.
When you submit a request, please include the project name or type of project in the email subject. Save that email with the ticket number and reply with that email when regarding that particular project.

3.
How long will my order take?
The timeline for a project depends on the job itself. Short-run copies could take 1-3 business days. School Handbook or other booklet printing with binding could take up to 3-5 business days depending on the number of copies and pages of the booklet.
For projects with custom graphic design, you should allow at least 2-3 weeks total for the designing, proofing, and printing of the project. Designing usually takes 1 week while the proofing stage depends on the customer reviewing the project. Printing the project should take no longer than 5 business days.
All projects submitted to the Production Center are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1.
Can my order be delivered?
If you are a school district located in the ESU 6 service area, all project/print orders have the option to be delivered via the ESU 6 van delivery service. For other instances, arrangements will need to be made to have your items delivered or picked up.
